At Hope Macaulay, we want you to love your handmade-to-order pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as our items are artisanal and made-to-order, we encourage mindful shopping to support our sustainable slow-fashion practices.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all luxury tags and labels still attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping fees, within 10 business days.
